Chef Kirt Martin, owner of Snake River Grill in Hagerman has taken his skills from the kitchen to the classroom. Kirt is now an instructor at the Academy of Food Science at Hagerman High School. His goal is to inform others of the many different food sources that can be used in your cooking. Whether it be fish, rabbit, or even something as simple as eggs, Kirt is there to teach others of different recipes that can be used.
